Raj Palleti is a Masters student and deep learning researcher at the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory (SAIL). Working in Professor Andrew Ng’s lab, Raj developed a deep learning model on physiologic monitoring data to compute patients’ probability of heart attack and stratify patients based on predicted risk. He also joined Prof. Dorsa Sadigh’s ILIAD Lab, where he worked on developing an adaptive real-world robotic manipulation system that effectively handles streaming language input. In May 2022, he presented this work at the Natural Language Supervision workshop at the Association for Computational Linguistics (ACL). During his free time, Raj enjoys playing tennis with the Stanford Club Tennis Team and dancing with the Stanford Bhangra team.
