Jueni is a third-year PhD student in Communications at Columbia University. Her research explores the social utility of digital sharing (or “retweeting”) to, in part, account for the spreading of misinformation online. Using an experimental psychology approach, Jueni aims to investigate how platform features, affordances, and social cues affect users’ content sharing decisions. She holds a BS in Psychology from University College London and an MS in Social and Public Communication from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
